Celebrating Heritage Day at MPPS

Today our preschool was bursting with colour, pride and excitement as we celebrated Heritage Day! 🌍✨

The children arrived dressed in beautiful outfits that reflected their unique cultures and family traditions. From vibrant traditional attire to fun, creative dress-ups, our classrooms were filled with diversity and joy.

We spent the day learning about the importance of Heritage Day, celebrating who we are, where we come from and the special traditions that make us unique. It was a wonderful reminder of the rich tapestry of cultures that our country is made up of. ❤️

    The day was filled with fun and learning as our curious little learners discovered just how important bees are to our planet. Through stories, songs and hands-on activities, the children learned how bees help pollinate flowers, fruits and vegetables and how their hard work keeps nature blooming and our food growing.

    World Bee Day reminded us all that even the tiniest creatures can make a big difference. We are so proud of how our preschoolers embraced the day – learning, laughing and appreciating the wonderful world of bees!
